Expired Seeking Renewal

All expired certifications must be renewed by exam.  The exam fees are as follows:

1. Medical Assistant Renewal Exam $300

2. Phlebotomy Renewal Exam$250

3. ECG Renewal Exam $200

Please reach out to your testing center to schedule your exam for renewal.

*Licensees are strongly encouraged to renew 30 days prior to expiration of certification.
