Phlebotomy Certification Exam

The phlebotomy certification examination is a 100 question competency examination.  The member must score 80% or higher in order to achieve a passing score. Please allow 30 calender days to receive your score.

Fee Schedule:

$250 Examination/Re-exam Fee for expired certifications

$150 Bi Annually

$500 Non-Affiliated First Time Test Takers.

To renew member must show proof of 12 continuing education hours prior to renewal expiration date.
